    Fernando Meza is a licensed psychologist with expertise in Conflict Transformation, Human Rights, and Social Peace Promotion.

    He has gained international experience in countries such as Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, Cuba, El Salvador, the United States, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua.

    His career has focused on studying and developing proposals for managing economic and social development processes, providing technical assistance to groups to enhance their organizational and advocacy skills nationally and internationally on topics related to human rights, violence, social management, evaluation of social and development projects with an emphasis on poverty, as well as designing and facilitating training programs, volunteer programs, leadership, social entrepreneurship, public policies, and multiculturalism.

    In various social organizations, development projects, and international agencies, he has held roles such as Executive Director, Project Director, National-Level Coordination, National and International Consultant, among others. He has also been a speaker at various national and international forums on development, poverty, and violence at universities such as the National University of Costa Rica, University of Costa Rica, University for Peace, Universidade do Valle do Itajaí Santa Catarina Brazil, Grant MacEwan University Alberta Canada, George Mason University Washington DC.
