Fernando Mendes is the CEO and one of the founders of Avenue, a platform that specializes in communications, collaboration, and community for Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs).

With a background in software engineering, Fernando has a strong expertise in large-scale distributed systems and cryptography.

He has a proven track record of assisting founders in building their products and teams from inception to initial user acquisition, as well as aiding established companies in scaling their solutions.

Fernando Mendes holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and a Master of Science (MSc) in Software Engineering from Universidade do Minho, along with a high achievement in Science and Technology from Escola Secundária Sá de Miranda.
