Fernando Chamis is a renowned Brazilian gaming industry expert and entrepreneur. He is a partner at Webcore, an innovation agency he co-founded in 1999. His exceptional leadership and business acumen have led him to create the Webcore Games division in 2007, responsible for making games aimed at the entertainment, children, and advertising sectors. Moreover, he is also the owner of Insolita Studios, a game studio responsible for developing successful projects such as A Turma do Chico Bento, Freekscape, and CaveDays.
He has multiple accolades under his belt, both in the gaming and advertising industry. He has won twice the prize for best national game and awarded with eight prestigious projects at Cannes Lions. He studied Computer and Business Administration and Management at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. In 2016, he released the game My Night Job for PlayStation 4 and Steam, and in 2018, he collaborated with Rockhead to introduce the game Starlit Adventures for PS4. In 2019, he launched the game Timo The Game for mobile.
Chamis was the president of the Abragames - Brazilian Association of Developers of Digital Games in the 2016/2017 management. His expertise and experience in the gaming industry and passion for innovation have been instrumental in creating numerous successful projects.
