Fernando Villa

Fernando Bejar Villa is a seasoned professional with nearly 20 years of experience in advising and training tech-based and social entrepreneurs, as well as institutions supporting entrepreneurship.

He offers expertise in entrepreneurship, technological innovation, technology transfer, social action, training, management, and consulting.

Fernando excels in assisting individuals new to entrepreneurship, guiding several entrepreneur teams to success in competitions and securing funding.

His skills extend to supporting institutions in launching and managing entrepreneurship programs geared towards researchers, technology transfer, students, and workforce integration.

He recently joined the Inserta Empleo / Fundación ONCE project, aiming to contribute his extensive experience to enhance their entrepreneurship program.

Previously, Fernando led entrepreneurship initiatives at UC3M for three years, initiating programs like Pasaporte Emprende UC3M and Semana del Emprendimiento.

As a co-founder of Trikarty SL, he engaged in teaching, mentoring, and guiding numerous entrepreneurship programs in Spain and Latin America.

Fernando's online teaching experience since 2007 includes working with platforms like Moodle, EdX, Skype, Zoom, Google Meets, Teams, Goto, among others.

His diverse activities have honed his skills in team management, project coordination, and project management for various Spanish and European institutions.

His areas of specialization encompass advising and training entrepreneurs, designing and managing entrepreneurship support programs, strategic planning, business and marketing plan development, cooperation projects, humanitarian action, nonprofit management, and volunteer management.

He holds a varied educational background, including courses in business, community management, biotechnology management, international solidarity action, innovation management, gender-inclusive entrepreneurship, and more.

Fernando has been associated with multiple organizations in roles such as Sustainable Entrepreneurship Coordinator at Inserta Empleo/Fundación ONCE and mentor at various educational and entrepreneurship institutions.
