Fernanda Mesquita

Fernanda Mattar Mesquita is a highly experienced lawyer specialized in Corporate Law, M&A, and general Contract Law. She holds an LL.M in Corporate Law from Columbia University School of Law and a degree in Law from PUC-SP. Fernanda has a rich educational background, having also studied at Colégio Santo Américo in São Paulo. She is currently a Partner at Themudo Lessa Advogados, having previously been a Partner at Lembi Mesquita Advogados. Fernanda has also worked at prestigious organizations such as BM&A – Barbosa, Müssnich & Aragão, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP as a Foreign Associate, and Itau Unibanco S.A. as a Legal Manager. Her early career included positions as an Intern/Attorney at Tozzini Freire Advogados.
