Felix Anthonj

Felix Anthonj is a seasoned technology entrepreneur known for successfully creating, scaling, and exiting businesses.

In 2012, he established Flexperto, a digital customer engagement SaaS company that acquired over 100 enterprise clients in the DACH region including notable names like DEVK, HUK-Coburg, Deutsche Telekom, and Mercedes Benz.

Flexperto was later acquired by RGI Group in 2021, where Felix continued his journey by collaborating with CVC Capital to expand their business across different markets and industries.

In 2023, Felix decided to step down as the CEO of Flexperto to focus on a socially impactful venture, Project Y, aimed at tackling global youth unemployment.

Felix Anthonj is a strong advocate for unlocking talent in emerging markets, providing investors with opportunities to invest in the potential of extraordinary individuals.

Apart from his entrepreneurial pursuits, Felix actively participates in conferences, serves as the host of the Digisurance conference in Berlin, mentors early-stage startups, and is involved in real estate development in Cape Town.

Educationally, Felix studied at ESB Business School Reutlingen and NEOMA Business School.
