Felipe Ucrós is a Partner at Gladstone Place Partners, a New York-based consultancy specializing in strategy and communications related to investor relations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), activism planning and defense, litigation, and issues management. He has a robust background in financial communications, having worked with notable companies such as Baxter International, CVS Health, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and IBM. His expertise includes advising on significant transactions, including The Walt Disney Company's acquisition of 21st Century Fox assets and Dunkin' Brands' sale to Inspire Brands for $11.3 billion.1

Ucrós played a key role in launching Gladstone in 2017 after earning an MBA from Columbia Business School.
