Felipe Novaes is the Chief Growth Officer and Founder of The Bakery Brasil, where he leads a team of innovation experts specializing in helping corporations build, invest in, and scale new ventures and solutions.

With over a decade of experience in new business development, problem solving, and innovation, Felipe is dedicated to creating value and impact through entrepreneurship and collaboration.

He aims to revolutionize the corporate innovation landscape in Brazil and globally by facilitating connections between corporations, startups, academia, and investors, equipping them with the necessary tools, methodologies, and networks for success.

Felipe leverages his CAE credential and serves on the Board of Advisors at Fundação Dom Cabral and the Startup Committee at FecomercioSP to share insights, best practices, and opportunities within the innovation ecosystem.

Educationally, Felipe Novaes holds a Master's in Project Management from Fundação Dom Cabral, a Bachelor's in Production Engineering from FEI, and a CAE from LSI Vancouver, Canada.
