As Product Manager, Authenticated Experience at Tennis Australia, I'm leading the unification of their identity solution, streamlining the customer journey and integrating seamlessly with enterprise systems. I spearheaded the long-term roadmap with stakeholders, conducted discovery workshops to define user needs, and developed functional requirements for a smooth authenticated experience. Collaborating with vendors and internal teams, I ensured alignment on product vision and goals. Currently, I'm developing an authenticated experience for the new tennis.com.au website, empowering users with self-service options and a unified view of tennis activities. This includes defining the experience strategy and preparing a robust set of concepts for the next development phase.

As Product Manager at coles I look after the Cloud Engineering team and their products and services. With 8 different product and service squads we're enabling all domains at coles to use cloud tools in an effective way and give guidance on what good looks like. I work collaboratively with other domains and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap to stakeholders and teams.

- Accountable for developing a product strategy and roadmap that delivers high-quality customer experiences and improves business metrics for the entire Cloud Engineering domain.
- Utilize OKRs to define objectives and key success measures for Cloud Engineering squads.
- Manage and prioritize overall Cloud Engineering roadmap/backlog initiatives to deliver on quarterly objectives and key commercial outcomes. Frame product backlog in the context of the bigger picture and larger product roadmap and strategy.
- Hold accountability for the results (customer/business/technical outcomes) of their squads.
- Manage product owners and lead business analysts, and their respective squads as a cross-functional practice or chapters.
- Establish FinOps function and lead the business to ensure software & cloud platform spend is understood
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas of improvement in software management practices, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

As Digital Product Owner for at EA I was responsible for the quoting and sales tool on their website. My team handled everything from back-end related price or regulatory changes through to front-end enhancements that improved user experience. 

- Developed and maintained strategy for digital products that enhanced the customer experience in their online self-service tools
- Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and regulatory teams, to ensure that product development was aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Utilized agile methodologies, including frequent iteration and testing, to continuously improve and refine products based on customer and stakeholder feedback

Achievements: I'm especially proud of the team releasing a feature that enabled customers to sign up for a electricity plan with a solar component without the need of any calls to the customer centre. This resulted in a significant reduction in calls and increase in customer satisfaction.

As Product Owner for the Digital Marketplace, I was leading the delivery of Adobe & Salesforce projects. With support from the key leaders within Global Marketing & Student Recruitment, I actively drove the shift to a new way of working.
- Provided digital strategic insight and user experience and innovation capability into key projects across RMIT’s digital ecosystem.
- Provided thought leadership in User Experience ensuring alignment with the University’s business goals and objectives and within this context 
- Lead the Product Owner Chapter to achieve consistency over all squads.

As Product Manager, I was responsible for crafting products that are viable, desirable and feasible while connecting business, technology and user experience with product strategy and vision. I successfully delivered several product features, each requiring build and integration into the existing architecture. Working within an agile environment, I lead a delivery team to develop small, release smart and learn fast.

Achievements:
- New Sports MultiBet builder page for responsive and mobile apps resulting in an increase of bets and the number of legs per multi. 
- New bet boost (both reward points-based and a free version) for responsive and mobile apps resulting in an increase in bets placed, customer engagement and decreased liabilities.

Digital Product Manager

As Product Owner and a member of the product delivery team, I represented internal and external stakeholders to give context to product features and empower smart decision-making within my team. I worked with the team and stakeholders to identify, analyse, define and prioritise the product backlog for our products.

Achievements: 
My team delivered a range of new features within the existing desktop platform such as:
- Navigation for desktop and responsive websites, which improved user experience and customer satisfaction.
- Spring Carnival-related homepage widgets for sports & racing resulting in an increase of bets on special racing days.
- Racing multibet builder resulting in an increase of racing multi bets.
- Sports Live Centre page to improve customer experience and increase the number of bets.

•	Planned and managed multiple networking events and expert conferences, including venue coordination, budget management, contract negotiation, stakeholder relations, staff training, event promotion and outcome reporting. This resulted in a significant increase in new members and consistent event success. 
•	Managed and maintained the company’s online presence including content of e-commerce, event, customer and content management system.

I took part in building the new merchandising and licensing department for one of Germany’s largest publishing groups (e.g. InStyle, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar). Based on their diversification strategy, I was responsible for the development of retail products for Hubert Burda Media’s magazine brand portfolio. 

Achievements: 
- Developed and launched products for several magazine brands, including products such as CDs, Books, homeware, shoe collections and transaction-based e-commerce partnerships. 
- Contributed 40% to the department’s first year revenue.
