Felicia Curcuru is the Co-founder and CEO of Binti, Inc., a technology company focused on improving child welfare through innovative software solutions. Her journey into child welfare began when her sister adopted two children, which inspired her to volunteer as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for foster youth in San Francisco. This experience, combined with her background in technology and business, led her to co-found Binti in 2017. The company has since grown to serve over 500 agencies across 34 states, helping facilitate the adoption and fostering process for thousands of families.13
Before founding Binti, Curcuru worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager and was the first employee and Head of User Experience at FundersClub. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.24
Curcuru is also an angel investor, particularly interested in supporting women entrepreneurs.
