Area Sales Manager for multi-billion pound global serviced office provider IWG PLC in central London.

Selling a variety of work space solutions across multiple brands including Regus and Spaces from virtual office solutions and private offices to businesses including corporates, sme's and start-up's across 90+ business centres in the capital with thousands of clients.

The fast-paced role includes managing my pipeline and diary, preparing options and conducting viewings with clients across mutiple centres to find the right solution, working with commercial agents and brokers besides networking and sourcing leads. I also am also responsible for client retention, large renewals and sales enquiries in 3 busy centres.

Up until October 2015 I managed 4 different regions within Virgin Active as a Regional Sales Manager.

More recently in the East Region overseeing 23 clubs with a sales force of 115 Membership Consultants and 23 Sales Managers.
Leading sales strategy within region of 23 clubs, with a sales force of circa 140 individuals
-  Coordinated sales training for the team within the region with the sales academy
-  Lead and developed the regions sales teams through recruitment, training, coaching and motivating to build a highly successful team
-  Management and negotiations on corporate accounts within the region. This included developing new corporate accounts as well as the renewals of existing accounts.
-  Building partnerships within the region to ensure prospect generation is at required levels.
-  Constant analysis of performance, at a regional, club and individual level.
-  Marketing activity planners developed for the region, alongside efficient rotas to ensure maximum sales team effectiveness.
