Reid Benes is an expert experience design and human factors practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the field. He is a recognized leader in the user experience industry and has provided both on-staff and consulting services to various organizations. Reid has extensive expertise in applied human factors and business consulting, which has resulted in integrated and innovative design solutions. He is also highly experienced in building, managing, and mentoring design teams. Reid has a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering from Arizona State University and a bachelor's degree in writing and English from Denison University.

Before serving as the Head of Usability at EagleView, Reid held various high-level positions in the industry, including Chief Experience Officer and Head of Design at SportsBiz, Global Director of User Experience and Design at Ria Financial, Manager of Interaction Design and User Research at Travelport, and Principal Information Design Engineer at General Dynamics C4 Systems.
