Fedor Susov

Fedor Susov is a private equity investment specialist with over ten years of experience in building business relationships with China, including joint ventures management. He studied Oriental and African Studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University, Economy of China at National Chengchi University, and Economics at Nankai University. He also holds an MBA from INSEAD and is completing his CFA charter. Throughout his career, Fedor worked at top firms such as Z1 Investment Group, Foresight Capital Partners, and Lehman Brothers, where he honed his skills in deal execution, portfolio company monitoring, and board level participation.

Currently serving as a Senior Vice President at Russia-China Investment Fund, Fedor has a strong background in valuation, structuring, and the management of portfolio companies. He is also a former seminarist at New Economic School and has previous experience as a Manager of Foreign Economic Activity at JSC "IFA" and as an Intern at State Duma (Parliament of Russia).
