Federico Remiti, PhD, PMP, ACSM, is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in project management. Starting in the space industry as a junior project manager, Federico pursued an industrial doctorate in Aerospace Engineering at Polytechnic of Turin, Italy, where he honed his expertise in project management methodologies. This led him to transition into project management consultancy, focusing on advising large corporations on various aspects including budgeting, forecasting, project scheduling, change management, vendors selection, and portfolio management. Federico has extensive experience in managing Project Management Offices (PMOs) and deploying Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools, both custom and out-of-the-box solutions. In 2014, he obtained his certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
