Ricardo Estrazulas is a seasoned real estate broker with over 20 years of experience in the South Florida market. Known for his dynamic and results-driven approach, Ricardo has been involved in all aspects of the residential development sales process over the years. He has successfully spearheaded various projects' sales, ranging from pre-development to closing deals worth over $1 billion.

In 2010 Ricardo founded Nautilus International Realty, where he served as the firm's broker. Previously, he was the Director of Sales at various prominent projects within South Florida, including The Mark on Brickell, The Yacht at Portofino in South Beach, Uptown Marina Lofts, and ARTECH in Aventura, among others. Ricardo's multicultural background and excellent communication skills have helped him establish long-term relationships with investors across the US, Latin America, and Europe. As a native Spanish speaker, Ricardo is also fluent in English, Italian, German, Portuguese, and French.

Ricardo's education background includes high school studies at Colegio Aleman and International Relations studies at Miami Dade College. He has also studied at Deutshe Schule and holds several Miami Dade College certifications. Currently, Ricardo is a Broker Associate at eXp Realty and sits on the CUV Ventures RevoluPAY Licensing Advisory Board.
