Stout's expertise includes project and program management, construction, real estate development and planning, infrastructure design and development, asset management, and building commissioning. In his current role at Al Widyan / Al Akaria Saudi Real Estate Company (SRECO), Stout is responsible for overseeing the PMO and Design Studio and ensuring the successful delivery of the Al Widyan Mega Project in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
