Launched in 2007 by Nadja Swarovski, Atelier Swarovski is an innovative design atelier creating luxury jewellery, accessories and home décor collections in collaboration with high-profile and cutting-edge designers from the world of fashion, jewellery and architecture. ▪	Appointed to lead jewellery design teams, coordinate and execute design projects.▪	Reported directly to the Swarovski Executive Board Member and the VP of Atelier Swarovski.▪	Coordinated and provided creative input into collaborations with international celebrities and designer brands.▪	Led a major redesign of the design collections from setting a new design direction to increasing collections sale value by more than 30% within first 18 months.▪	Designed Atelier’s first sustainable fine jewellery collection in collaboration with film star Penelope Cruz. Collection within a few months became Atelier’s best-selling fine jewellery line.  ▪	Designed Atelier Swarovski x Huawei’s smart watch project which has been approved for future development.

Cadenzza is Swarovski’s Group newest retail concept, showcasing the latest designer jewellery pieces and accessories from luxury fashion brands such as Roberto Cavalli, Oscar de la Renta, Jean Paul Gaultier and Versace as well as the latest jewellery collections from world-famous designers like Mawi or Shourouk.▪	Appointed to establish and lead a Trend and Design team as well as foster all external designer collaborations. ▪	Reported to Head of Product Development and managing 2 designers and 1 product manager. Main accountabilities: team performance, creative quality of product range, delivery of projects on time and within budget, management of relationships with internal and external contact, creative influence on marketing and digital content. ▪	Succeeded in collaboration Oscar de la Renta x Cadenzza collection which became best-selling designer collection in first 2 months from launch. ▪	Achieved €10 m in sales with in 2 first years by successful establishment and implementation of the new design DNA for Cadenzza’s home brands

Swarovski are the world’s leading producers of precision-cut crystal for fashion, jewellery, lighting, architecture & interiors. Founded in Austria in 1895 the company is still family owned and run. It has 29,000 employees, a presence in 170 countries and a turnover of €2.7bn. in 2019.▪	Appointed to lead a team of 10 designers, coordinate and execute design projects within a set timeline based on a design brief, fulfilling all technical and aesthetic requirements. ▪	Main responsibilities: plan, budget, organize, lead, mentor and monitor design team.▪	Maintain communication and relationships with senior management.▪	Lead Swarovski customers consultancy through preparation of custom design workshops and client advice visits.▪	Succeeded with Jean-Paul Gaultier and Roberto Cavalli brands collaborations.▪	Influenced €30m collaboration agreement between Samsung and Swarovski by proposing to Samsung feminine design concepts of mobile phone accessories and wearable electronics.

Simon Harrison is a luxury accessories design and licensing company based in central London, with more than 50 skilled staff. It is the UK’s market leader in providing bespoke accessories collections to designer brands including Vivienne Westwood, Paul Smith and Agent Provocateur.▪	Reported directly to Managing Director and supervised 2 designers. ▪	Built team spirit and promoted trust between customers and clients.▪	Main responsibilities: design of successful collections, coverage in design, lifestyle and fashion publications; development of links with leading brands; and innovative use of new materials.▪	Enabled Karen Millen jewellery to become the best-selling jewellery brand at the House of Fraser. ▪	Designed Karen Millen’s Christmas jewellery range for Harrods, featured in Cosmopolitan and Stylist.▪	Designed Ted Baker vibrant and stylish lines featured in Elle UK, Marie Claire, <a href="http://Handbag.com">Handbag.com</a> and the Sunday Times Style.▪	Designed Agent Provocateur’s jewellery and accessories range featured in Elle UK, In Style and 125 Magazine.
