Sasha Pave is an experienced growth lead with a passion for driving meaningful scale through every stage of the funnel. With a bachelor's degree in Social Theory from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Sasha brings a unique perspective to her work. Currently, she holds the position of Principal, Growth Marketing at Adobe, where she brings together product, design, and engineering teams to achieve common goals. Her approach centers around embracing measurement and learning throughout the entire process, from acquisition to activation, conversion, and retention.

Before joining Adobe, Sasha held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Marketing and Social at News Republic, VP of Product Marketing at Meredith Corporation, and VP of Product Marketing at Real Girls Media.
