Kaitlin Lurmann is a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern with over a decade of experience providing therapeutic services to children and families in the Bay Area. She holds a Masters in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage, Family, Child Therapy from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Child Development and Political Science from California State University, Chico. Kaitlin has an extensive background working with children, including as a Former Child Yoga Teacher at It's Yoga Kids and a Lead Mental Health Clinician/Senior Staff at Star-Vista. In her current role as a BACR Site Supervisor and School Counselor at Bay Area Community Resources-New Perspectives, she sees children for a range of issues, including social skills, grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
