Santosh Panda is a successful entrepreneur and the co-founder of Foundership, a startup accelerator that offers coaching, capital, and community support to Web3 projects. Prior to Foundership, Panda launched Explara, an event ticketing and management platform that grew from bootstrapping to VC funding, generating $11 million in gross revenue. Despite facing numerous setbacks, Panda managed to turn Explara into a profitable business that served customers worldwide.

Panda's early experiences in London, where his first two startup attempts failed, taught him the importance of perseverance and bootstrapping. Before launching Explara, he worked as a software product engineer for several companies, including eBay UK, BBC iPlayer, William Hill Betting Platform, and TouchNote. He also studied for a Post-Grad Diploma in Advanced Computing and a B.Engg in Industrials Production Engineering at Utkal University.

Panda's entrepreneurial acumen has earned him several recognitions, including the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Award in 2016 and Axilor Ventures' SuperScripts Award in 2015. He has also served as a board member and advisor for various companies, including Target and Signure Technologies.
