Anne Hersch is an expert land use planner with over 15 years of public sector experience working with Community Development and Planning Departments in California. Anne is highly knowledgeable in land use law, entitlement planning, the California Government Code, CEQA, management of long range planning processes, and the public hearing process. She has a deep understanding of the related procedural due process, and her strong background in urban planning qualifies her as an industry leader. Anne studied for her Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University.
Anne has a vast body of experience in government planning, with past roles including Planning Manager at City of Antioch, Planning Manager at City of Albany, and City Planner at City of Albany, to name a few. She was formerly an Associate Planner at City of Pinole, Assistant Planner at City of Rancho Cordova, and Intern at City of Shaker Heights.
