He has over 25 years of experience in IT services and software and is a high-energy motivator and leader of people. He specializes in executive management, business development, professional services, information technology, sales and marketing leadership, and strategic expansion.

Shane studied interpersonal/organizational communications at Purdue University and attended Wayland Academy. He has held various leadership positions throughout his career, including as President at Ntracts, LLC, Vice President of Sales, North America at EPAM Systems, and Vice President, Business Development at Stefanini.
