Catherine Pineau is a professional engineer and MBA with almost thirty years of experience in the construction, maintenance, and operation management of projects in the energy sector. Pineau has worked on various projects, including wind farms and renewable energy systems. Pineau's expertise lies in managing multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adapting to different work environments, all the while maintaining the well-being of employees. Pineau also has experience in integrating two groups of employees, health and safety management, and achieving results.

Pineau completed her MBA in Gestion internationale at HEC Montréal and her Bac in Génie mécanique at Université Laval. She is currently working as a consultant in engineering, project management, and construction.
