E.L. Haynes is an award-winning public charter school that currently serves 950 students from grades Pre-K through ten and will continue to grow to serve more than 1,100 students through grade 12. E.L. Haynes is named for Dr. Euphemia Lofton Haynes - the first African-American woman to receive a doctorate in mathematics and a DC public school teacher for 47 years.

Practice primarily consisted of negotiating and executing middle-market mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, private equity and general corporate work for Fortune 500 companies, a range of privately held companies, including start-ups, emerging growth and middle market firms.  Lead and managed all aspects of each transaction from negotiating term sheets, to drafting and negotiating the principal and ancillary agreements, to closing the deal.
