Ian Lathrop is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in health communication, English, and strategic communications.

He earned his M.A. in Health Communication from Emerson College and a B.A. in English from Hope College.

Currently, Ian serves as a Senior Consultant in the Health Sector at Guidehouse, bringing his expertise to the forefront of the industry.

Prior to his current role, Ian held various positions at Dexis Consulting Group, including Senior Manager of Communications and Knowledge Management, Senior Communications Manager, Communications Manager, and Communications Specialist for the USAID LEARN project.

He has also worked as a Strategic Communications Specialist at Management Sciences for Health, Graduate Health Communication Consultant at the College of the Holy Cross, and Communications Coordinator and Intern at Management Sciences for Health.

Ian's early career included roles as a Financial Development Database Administrator and Department of Communications Volunteer at the American Red Cross, Patient Experiential Surveillance Specialist, and Respiratory Care Equipment Technician at the University of Michigan Health System.
