With a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, International Marketing & Management, International Law, Accounting, and Spanish from Missouri State University, Alise has extensive expertise in revenue strategy, budgeting and cost controls, competitive research, and customer service. She has a history of maximizing revenue, market share, and profitability for LQ, and is known for developing cutting-edge technologies that stimulate growth and ROI. Alise has been a speaker on innovation in eCommerce, revenue management, and forecasting.

During her time at LQ, Alise turned around market share from -2% to +2.5% by developing the Corporate Revenue Management Team, and automated DBAR, winning 200 basis points from the competition and generating an additional $35M. She also changed pricing strategy from deep discounts to value selling, stealing share. Alise consistently outperforms the competition with her Corporate Revenue Management team. Additionally, Alise built LQ's centralized Data Services Department, improving performance and accuracy from 78% to 98.3%.
