Roland Emmans is a highly experienced and accomplished banking professional with over 20 years of experience in various fields of finance, including corporate banking, treasury, cash management, leverage finance, and investment banking. He has worked in different reputable institutions, such as RBS, AIB Capital Markets, Dresdner Kleinwort, and NatWest Bank. Most recently, he has been appointed Head of Technology Sector at HSBC, where he focuses on mid and large-sized technology and telecommunication firms. He has a passion for translating complex technical innovations into a language that financial institutions can understand and develop.

Emmans holds a BA Hons in Banking, Insurance, and Finance, with first-class honors, from Bangor University. He is also a graduate of the High-Performance Leadership program at IMD Business School. In his spare time, he enjoys sailing, motor vehicles, coaching rugby, and powerboating.
