I used to lead the Enterprise Architecture team at PwC Consulting in the UK. Previously, I have worked at Royal Bank of Scotland in their Strategy & Architecture team. I have worked in Banking, Payments, Insurance, Retail, Education and Technology sectors.

I worked with the Security & Fraud team in Technology Services for 10 months. The first project that I worked as a Project Manager is the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) programme. Working alongside change services and the supplier, I delivered the Fingerprinting capability in DLP as well as assisted with gathering requirements for implementing the system.
The other project that I delivered as a Project lead is the scoping and Proof of concept for an internal fraud detection system at the bank. I collaborated with SAS, Detica and Attachmate for the scoping study to identify the right solution for a proof of concept which ultimately led into a full implementation for the Corporate and Retail business at RBS.

Programme – ATM transition and migration for National Australian Group, EMEA
The project involved transition of ATM network from NAG to FirstData and migration of the system from NAG’s Base24 system to the new and improved FirstData Base24 EPS systems. FirstData took over the responsibility of both Acquiring and Issuing part of ATM and Debit/Credit card transactions from NAG and process them in collaboration with the standard schemes – MasterCard, Visa and VocaLink to provide faster turn around and better performance of the network.
