Olek Lorenc is a talented engineer with a passion for manufacturing and design. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering: Systems from the Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering. Olek has an impressive and diverse work history, starting his career as an Apprentice Butcher at John Dewar & Company and then pursuing roles in the engineering industry. He has worked as an Engineer at an Independent Contractor, QA Engineer Intern at Dassault Systèmes, and as a Senior Design Engineer at E-Circuit Motors. He has also held positions at Rockwell Automation, where he worked as a Senior Industrialization Engineer and Test Engineer. Currently, Olek serves as the Head of Manufacturing at Skydio, a high-tech drone manufacturer, and was previously a Manufacturing Design Engineer for the same company. His expertise in engineering and manufacturing has led to successful career advancements and leadership positions in multiple organizations.
