Bryan Le is a seasoned design professional with over 15 years of experience working at some of the most prestigious agencies in the industry. He believes in the power of design to transform human experiences, and his work reflects this philosophy. He is a co-founder of 'goodfit,' an organization that creates inclusive design processes. He has worked as a Group Director of Design at Huge, leading multi-disciplinary teams to create unforgettable user experiences. He has also been the Director of Product Design at Compass, where he helped to build effective and intuitive design systems. Before that, he was a Creative Director and VP at Rokkan, where he was responsible for leading his team to design some of the most memorable campaigns in the industry. He has also worked as a Senior Interactive Designer at Toth Brand Imaging, as well as Fantasy, where he honed his skills in user interface design. He has a degree in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Maryland, and an AA in Business from Montgomery College.
