Meet Antonia Dunbar, a Chicago-born entrepreneur, inventor, and disruptor of the fashion industry. After graduating from Northwestern University with a Communications degree, with a focus on music, Antonia started her professional career in advertising and public relations. However, her passion for design and innovation soon took over. She co-founded Thinx Inc., a company that revolutionized menstrual care with reusable, comfortable, and sustainable products, later named one of TIME Magazine's "Top 25 Inventions." As Chief Operations Officer, Antonia led the design and production of Thinx's premiere collections, secured a $2 million strategic partnership with Nike's top supplier, and helped the company become one of Fast Company's "Top 50 Most Innovative Companies."

Antonia's latest venture, Antonia Saint NY, is disrupting the $28 billion U.S. women's shoe industry. With multiple patents and patents pending, Antonia creates hi-tech, customized-fit, and sustainable heels and flats that feel as soft as sneakers, without sacrificing style or durability. The market test of Version 1.0 of her shoes hit $2.4 million in preorders within 90 days. In June 2020, she launched Version 2.0 of the brand with a third new style, continuing to innovate and challenge traditional shoe-making norms.

Antonia's expertise lies in design, innovation, sustainability, and entrepreneurship, and she's been recognized by Women 2.0, INC., and CNBC, among others. She's also been a founding member of Chief, Women's Entrepreneurship Day, and Women on Wednesday (#WomenWOW), and a teacher, partner, and co-founder of YIA: Yoga in Advertising.
