Gerry DeHaven has made a name for himself in the telecommunications, media, and technology (TMT) industries in the last 25 years. As an investment banker, Gerry has advised on M&A deals and debt and equity financing for companies in various TMT sectors such as cloud services, telecom, internet infrastructure, IT services, data center, and unified communications. His operational and consulting experience in these industries is vast, making his approach to investment banking holistic, client-focused, and driven to deliver the best deal possible. Moreover, Gerry is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has served on the Board of Directors for multiple communication and technology companies throughout his career.
As the Founder and President of Iridius Capital Group, Gerry provided strategic consulting and M&A advisory services to communication and technology companies. He also held senior management positions in several companies, including Broadvox, Covista, and Vista International Communications (now a division of AT&T), founded Blink Data, and worked in the Regional Sales department at Informix. Gerry received his B.S. in Business Administration from Marist College and continued his education at Rutgers Business School Executive Education program, where he received his Master of Business Administration in Finance.
