CM Waterman, MBA is a seasoned creative executive with over a decade of leadership experience. With an impressive background in business and brand development, marketing, project management, and creative content, CM has proven expertise in building and growing leading brands. CM completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA, Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations at Long Island University, and a Bachelor of Arts - BA, Hip Hop Marketing at CUNY Medgar Evers College, as well as studying Sport Management at University of Massachusetts Amherst.

As the President of Mastery Studios, CM leads with strong leadership skills and a wealth of cross-functional knowledge. CM's extensive experience in various roles has made them an expert in project execution, cross-functional team building, and effective communication.
