Yuval Ron-Ruhama studied at Handesaim Ramat Aviv for High School, Tel Aviv University for Bachelor of Law (LLB), and Bachelor of Accounting (B.A), cum laude. Moreover, he pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with majors in Finance-Accounting, cum laude at Bar-Ilan University. 
Before founding Oculus Consulting Services Ltd, Yuval served in various leadership roles in several organizations. He was a Partner and CFO at Cedar Fund, which raised $325M, where he led business and financial due diligence of startups, and portfolio analysis of around 50 companies. Additionally, Yuval served as CSO & Vice President of Strategic Business & Planning in two startups. 
Yuval's reputation precedes him in his ten years+ contribution as CFO and legal counsel of a NASDAQ listed company, Metalink. He led on major M&As, successfully turned several companies around, monitored global investments, and handled Investor Relations.
