Jackie Uselton is an accomplished Health Science Education teacher with over several years of experience. She holds a M.Ed degree in Education from Texas State University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene/Hygienist from Midwestern State University. She is well-versed in CERT Instruction, Clinical and Pharmacy Instruction, Classroom Management, Academic Advising, Lesson Planning, and Educational Technology.
Her illustrious career started as a Health Science teacher and HOSA advisor at Mcneil High School, following which, she served as a Health Science instructor at Westlake High School. She then became the Executive Director at Texas Health Occupations Association, Inc., and simultaneously served as a Medical Terminology Instructor at Austin Community College. She continued to hone her leadership skills as the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Instructor and Program Manager at Westlake CERT. At Westlake High School, Jackie earned the title of Master CERT Instructor/CERT Program Manager, displaying her exceptional skills in classroom management, lesson planning, and academic advising.
Jackie has an undying passion for teaching Health Science Education and providing students with top-of-the-line education. Her expertise, skills, and experience are noteworthy and an asset in any team she works with.
