Grace Lee is an accomplished Human Resources leader with a vast skill set and experience in HR operations. From Human Capital Analysis & Planning to Diversity & Inclusion Strategy, Lee is an expert in creating an inclusive culture where employees can thrive while driving business objectives. She has held several roles at Allstate Insurance Company throughout her career, including Senior HR Manager, Talent Acquisition, HR Division Manager, and Sales Promotion and Event Manager. Lee has also worked as an Education Unit Manager and a Property & Casualty Claims Adjuster and Manager at Allstate Insurance Company. Prior to her impressive career, Lee studied Psychology at Boston College, and later earned her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. She currently serves as the VP of Human Resources and People Services at Esurance, a role where she brings her extensive HR expertise to help the company achieve its goals.
