Elisa M Palacios is a multicultural marketing expert. She has over a decade-long experience in developing campaigns to win the hearts of diverse communities. She currently works as the Head of Medicare Creative Campaigns for Multicultural and Medicare D-SNP segments at Aetna, a renowned CVS Health Company. Prior to that, she held various roles such as Marketing Project Manager - Strategic Partnerships at Prudential Financial, Marketing Director at Bowlmor AMF, Brand Manager at VALRHONA, and Marketing Manager at ALPFA, Inc - Association of Latino Professionals For America, among others. Elisa studied MBA in International Business and Marketing at Brandeis University and MBA in Business Management and Marketing at Università Bocconi, respectively. Additionally, she obtained a BBA in Accounting from the City University of New York-Baruch College - Zicklin School of Business.

Elisa specializes in business development, brand management, trade marketing, digital and social media planning, marketing segmentation, shopper marketing, project management, agency management, event management and planning, and strategic marketing leadership, among others. She is skilled in grassroots marketing and localization, customer acquisition, community-based marketing, community relations, brand awareness and education, multi-cultural marketing, consumer engagement, advertising/event marketing, and volunteer leadership. Elisa is bilingual in English and Spanish, and is passionate about bridging cultural tensions regarding race, ethnicity, and gender.
