Nolan Kaiser is an accomplished business manager with extensive experience in the multi-housing industry. He started his career by leading the lease up of a luxury building in downtown Minneapolis, achieving impressive weekly closing ratios averaging 30-40%. Since then, Nolan's career path brought him to the EDITION Residences, where he serves as an instrumental part of the leadership team. His expertise and dedication have been instrumental in the lease-up of this 195 units apartment building in the new East Town neighborhood of Downtown Minneapolis. By July 2017, Nolan and his team are on track to stabilize the EDITION Residences.

Nolan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Business from McNally Smith College of Music and received an Associate of Fine Arts in Music Business from Riverland Community College. In addition to his impressive work in the housing industry, Nolan has also held positions as an Insurance Service Associate at Wells Fargo Insurance Services and a Marketing/Label Operations Intern at S Curve Records LLC.

Nolan is a former Career Services Assistant at McNally Smith College of Music and has been involved in various roles at The Excelsior Group and StuartCo. His passion for real estate and commitment to providing exceptional customer service have been the driving force behind his successful career.
