Andy Hollinson is an accomplished CEO and expert in crowd safety and security, with over 25 years of experience in the field. He is the CEO of The Square Metre Ltd, a specialist training company that incorporates three different trading styles to offer bespoke training services based on clients' needs. With over 15 years of experience in the private training industry, Andy has trained many industry professionals and has a reputation for successfully carrying out high-profile security assignments, crowd safety management, close protection, and personal security for well-known individuals.

Andy has global recognition for his expertise in crowd safety strategic and tactical management, and he has been involved in the strategic planning of various events where crowds gather or where there is a celebrity presence. He has worked on high-profile events like The Rugby World Cup 2015, The 2012 Olympic Torch Relay, The 2007 Tour de France, music festivals, airshows, and sporting events. He holds a First-Class Honours degree in Crowd Safety Management, making him one of the first 11 people in the world to achieve this qualification.
