She has a background in product management and a proven track record leading cross-functional teams from user exploration to product vision, validated MVP, until product launch and beyond. Judith's expertise also includes digital innovation consulting, strategy, and technology. She has guided teams in dynamic, fast-changing environments with large uncertainty and is well-connected to and experienced in advising C-level executives. She is an active promoter of women in STEM and diversity & inclusion, and a subject matter expert & speaker for advanced tech (XR & AI). Judith's long-term goal is to understand human thinking/reasoning and enable machine learning to interact with people in a personalized way, far beyond what we currently understand by personalization.
