Bengi Turgan Çiftçi

Bengi Turgan Çiftçi is a seasoned professional with a strong background in Interaction Design, Experience Design, and Service Design. His expertise ranges from Multi-Modal Interactions to Design Innovation and Design Entrepreneurship, reflecting a deep understanding of Design Thinking and Design Strategy.

Having pursued higher education at prestigious institutions, Bengi holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Design from Istanbul Technical University, a Master of Science (MSc) in Software Engineering from Boğaziçi University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from Bilkent University.

Throughout his career, Bengi has held key roles in various organizations, including serving as the Co-CEO at ATOLYE, Co-Founder of Service Design Network Turkey, Adjunct Professor at Istanbul Bilgi University, and Organiser of Istanbul Service Jams at Global Service Jam. He has also contributed significantly as the Studio Director - Head of Creative Innovation and Design at Deloitte Digital Turkey, Founder and Managing Partner at Bilende, Director Project Office at VeriPark, and Project Manager at VeriPark.

Bengi Turgan Çiftçi's diverse professional background includes a stint as the Foreign Relations Coordinator for the EU Projects Work Group at the Turkish Informatics Association, showcasing his versatility and international engagement in the field of design.
