With over 25 years of experience, he has worked across several industries in the USA, Russia, and Western Europe. He holds a Masters's degree in Business Administration from HEC Paris, where he studied as an exchange student from the University of Chicago. Additionally, he has a Masters's degree in International Economics from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, where he graduated with the highest honors.

Mescheryakov has held several Senior Executive and Directorial roles across his career; he is a non-executive director at Urals Energy Public Company Limited, formerly served as Managing Director at Innova Partners, Director at Headway Management Europe Limited, and Managing Director at Headway Management LLC. Additionally, he has held other Senior roles such as Principal at Independent Consultancy, Director, Investment Banking at Troika Dialog, and Senior Investment Officer at The Sputnik Group. Also, he has worked as Vice President - Associate, Global Health Care Group at Credit Suisse First Boston, and as an Associate, Health Care Group at UBS Investment Bank.
