Christopher Emmanuel is an accomplished Senior Level Technology Leader with over 25 years of experience in technology engineering, operations, data services, application service delivery, project management, and website development. He has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Calgary. Currently, Emmanuel is the Director of Technology Engineering at the Center of Excellence in Higher Education that includes several colleges, including Independence University, Stevens-Henager College, CollegeAmerica, and California College San Diego. He oversees teams that specialize in Salesforce Development, Data Services, Application Services, and Web Development.

Emmanuel is known for his proven track record of meeting operational SLAs, driving customer success initiatives, and organizational transformation to increase efficiency. His strong leadership has driven high-performing IT teams with the highest staff retention rate.

Prior to working for CEHE.org, Emmanuel held several senior level IT positions in companies such as LendingClub, Visa, JP Morgan Chase, and BNY Mellon. He has extensive experience in Agile Application Development, Data Center/High-Availability Architecture, Cloud and On-Premise DevOps Support, Large/Complex IT Project Management, IT Operations/Incident Management, Data warehouse/Analytics, Financial Planning and Cost Benefit Analysis, and Vendor Management.
