Hance Onesmo's career has been primarily focused on the financial sector, where he has held key roles at NMB Bank Plc. He has served as the Head of Department (HOD) for Channels Systems, showcasing his expertise in managing electronic payment systems and settlement processes.

Prior to his role as HOD, he accumulated experience as a Business Analyst and System Analyst at NMB Bank Plc, illustrating his proficiency in analyzing business requirements and implementing effective systems solutions.
