Evan Korn is a seasoned executive with a wealth of experience in the live event and government affairs industry. He is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at iDEKO, a leading experiential production agency based in New York City. At iDEKO, Evan is responsible for leading the firm's operational and creative strategy for live event productions. With his expertise, the firm has been able to execute some of the largest and most complicated event productions in New York and around the country. Evan is also an Adjunct Professor at NYU's Tisch Center for Hospitality in the Masters in Event Management Program. This has helped him develop his pedagogical skills, enabling him to pass on his vast knowledge in the industry. He is also a partner at IDEKOGOV, a strategic consulting firm focused on government and community relations. Evan's background includes serving as the Executive Director, Office of Citywide Event Coordination, and Management at NYC Office of the Mayor, Assistant Commissioner, Citywide Special Events and Emergency Response Divisions at New York City Department of Transportation, and Deputy Manhattan Borough Commissioner at New York City Department of Transportation, among other roles.
