Lilyth Ester Grove is an experienced UX Design Researcher with a diverse background in anthropology, conservation biology, community organizing, and entrepreneurship. She has lived, studied, and worked in various cities including Hong-Kong, San Francisco, Tel-Aviv, and São Paulo. Lilyth's passion lies in understanding the human element of any space, whether it be social, political, or economic. She holds a Masters's degree in Socio-Cultural Anthropology from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife, Fish, and Conservation Biology from the University of California, Davis.

Lilyth has worked for various organizations in different capacities such as Sensorama Design as a UX Design Researcher, ThoughtWorks as an English Language Consultant, Blue Ocean English Consultants as a Junior Consultant, and Transcidadania as a Professor. Furthermore, she has served as a Shift Lead at Peet's Coffee, Server and Bartender at Venus, Public Affairs Director at KDVS 90.3 FM, and Radio Talk Show Host at KDVS 90.3 FM.
