Mariana Santos is a global recruiter with a wealth of experience placing talented individuals in the energy industry throughout North and Latin America. She has a particular passion for developing and implementing new training strategies to help professionals in the sector grow and evolve in their careers. Mariana studied international relations, philosophy and business administration, and has a certification in diversity and inclusion in the workplace from ESSEC Business School. Prior to joining Airswift as a senior delivery consultant, she served as a project manager in talent management for AIESEC Rio de Janeiro and an HR trainee at CSM Brasil, among other roles.
