Chris Vandercappellen

Chris Vandercappellen is a professional with a diverse educational background and a rich history of working in various organizations. He studied at Effectieve Intuïtie and pursued degrees in Chemistry, Accounting, Educational Sciences, and Food Sciences from multiple institutions. Additionally, Chris engaged in coaching studies focusing on NLP, Transactional Analysis, and system constellations, further enhancing his expertise in professional communication and coaching. He also received training in Mediation.

Throughout his career, Chris has held key roles in different organizations. He worked as a Project Coordinator, Web Developer, User Support Specialist, Trainer, and Financial Reporter in the Vlaamse Overheid. Prior to that, he served as an IT Helpdesk Manager, Trainer, Controller, and played a bridging role between IT professionals and end-users at Vlaamse Overheid Financiën. He also has experience as a Teacher and Trainer at the Ministry of Education and as a Mediator at Mediv in Belgium.
