Andrew Pischchany is a multilingual professional with experience in leading cross-functional, international teams. He's passionate about product management, analytics, and customer service. With a degree in Business Administration from National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute', Andrew has worked with some of the biggest organizations in the education technology and non-governmental sectors.

Andrew's career highlights include his role as a Product Manager at Mate Academy, a startup that revolutionized the educational IT scene in Ukraine. He also served for five years at AIESEC, gradually rising to the position of Head of the National office. Andrew is a fluent speaker of English, Ukrainian, and Russian languages.

Outside work, Andrew has an impressive travel history, with 40 countries visited, five countries lived in, and work experience in four of those. He has organized more than 20 conferences and events and attended 45+ international youth conferences and summits. He has delivered training and workshops to different-sized audiences totaling over 250 hours.

Andrew is currently a Product Marketing Manager at Microsoft, where he pushes to make positive impacts on the world.
