James Choung is a respected leader, writer, speaker, and consultant with expertise in public speaking, leadership development, communication, marketing, networking, generational theory, and spiritual formation. He has studied divinity, postmodern leadership development, management science, marketing, and psychology in prestigious institutions like Fuller Theological Seminary, Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, and MIT.

As Vice President of Strategy & Innovation at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA, Choung orchestrates and drives organizational growth through innovation, strategy, and collaboration. In the past, he has also served as the National Director of Evangelism and National Director of Asian American Ministries at InterVarsity. He has also been a Faculty Associate at Bethel Seminary San Diego, Executive Director at Vineyard Underground, and Intern Pastor at Onnuri Community Church, among others.
